During the Season Journey, players will be able to complete specific missions/quests for seasonal prizes. These can range from cosmetic items such as Pets, Portraits, Wings, Pennants, etc, as well as more gameplay items such as armor sets and extra gear slots.
Once you've completed these quests, you can claim your Journey Rewards by clicking o the small mail icon that appears in the bottom left of your screen. This is for PC players however, when you're on a console, you'll need to go through the Season Journey menu, then click on the “View Rewards” button, then on “Claim Rewards” for each chapter.
